About La Manga Club

La Manga Club lies at the southern end of Spain's Costa Calida ("the warm coast"). The Mediterranean sea is only a few kilometres away, and the Mar Menor, Spain's largest inland sea and a mecca for windsurfers, is even nearer.

Group and individual lessons are available at the club, which also has an excellent club house, bowling green, swimming pool complex and Health and Fitness studio. • A privately-run riding stables nearby. Enjoy treks in the Murcian hills or exhilarating beach rides.
• Great watersport opportunities. The Mar Menor inland sea is just a few minutes away from the La Manga Club, and is recognised as having some of the best windsurfing conditions in Europe. A variety of other watersports are available, including some excellent diving from both boat and shore.

• Great walking and cycling from your door. The GR92 Spanish coastal footpath with wonderful sea views can be easily reached from our apartment with less than 15 minutes walking through a lovely unspoilt pine forest. The Calblanque nature reserve is also directly accessible, with its unspoilt and wild sandy beaches favoured by kite and wind surfers. Mountain bikes are available for hire on the resort. Hyatt have produced an interesting and useful brochure (PDF format) describing some interesting local walks and bike trails.

It's worth mentioning also that the resort is extremely safe for young children and teenagers, with its quiet private roads, regular security guard patrols and supervised pool areas.
