Bellaluz is conveniently placed in the heart of La Manga Club
Bellaluz is the focal point of the La Manga Club resort. Although very compact (there are only 275 appartments), it has a thriving commercial centre with various restaurants and gift shops, a supermarket, chemist, and laundry.
From the apartment, it's less than a hundred yards to the swimming pool. Bellaluz's pool is far and away the best on the entire La Manga Club complex. 25 metres by 12.5 meters in size, it has a small and very reasonably priced bar and a good supply of free sun loungers (AND visitors are encouraged not to use towels to "reserve" their loungers when they are not there). Best of all, it's reserved for residents of Bellaluz, which means it is never busy.
In 2003, a solar-powered heating system was installed, which means that the pool is warm enough to swim in from early March right through to the end of November.
The pool is supervised by a trained lifeguard in the summer months and there is a smaller pool reserved for small children, next to the main.
Just a few yards away, slightly above the pool but safely within the fenced in area, there is a nice childrens play area with the usual swings and slides
The pool area is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and is a very peaceful haven in which to relax and unwind.
