Book-Level Conditional Text DLL

This DLL is a Frame Developer's Kit (FDK) API Client, compatible with the Windows 95 and Windows NT version of FrameMaker 5.5 only.

The user interface is in French, but it should be obvious how to use it with any western version of FrameMaker or FrameMaker+SGML.

Description

The following simple steps are necessary to use the utility:

1. Install the DLL as described below.
2. Restart FrameMaker.
3. Open a FrameMaker Book (.BK) containing one or files with conditional text
4. Start the FDK API by selecting Conditional Text from the Utility menu.
5. Click OK.

The familiar Show/Hide Conditional Tags dialog box is displayed.

Installation

1. Locate the FrameMaker initialization file (maker.ini for FrameMaker or fmsgml.ini for Frame+SGML) and edit the file with a text editor.
2. Locate the API Clients section and add the following line:

   CondText=Standard, Book-Level Conditional Text, fminit\CondText.dll
